However, if your product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we want to make it right! Please follow the steps below to request a replacement or refund:

Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

1. Damaged or Defective Items:

   • If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, we will provide a free replacement or refund.
   • You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product.

2. Print Variations:

   • For direct-to-garment (DTG) printed products, minor variations (up to 0.5") in print placement are considered acceptable and are not classified as defects.

3. Unsuccessful Deliveries:

   • In case of an unsuccessful delivery (e.g., incorrect address provided), you may choose between a reprint (for an additional charge) or a partial refund.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

1. Submit a Claim:

   • Contact us via our contact page and add your order number in the subject line
   • Include a clear photo of the damaged or defective item, showing the issue.

2. Multiple Item Claims:

   • If multiple products are affected, please provide an additional photo (or video) showing all impacted items in one frame.

3. Processing Time:

   • Claims are typically reviewed and resolved within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds for approved claims will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
